Where are my photos?
On your phone only, inside the app. They are encrypted with your device passcode, excluded from backups, and never uploaded. Open the Progress tab to see them.
The camera screen says there is no front camera.
That appears on devices without a front camera and in the iOS Simulator. Use "Choose from library" to add a photo instead.
How do I import my Face Report result?
During setup choose "I have a report" and paste the code from your result page. Already set up? Open the monthly check-in from the Today tab and paste it there. Only your focus areas, face shape, and scores are transferred.
What does Chisel Pro include?
Unlimited photo history (free keeps the last seven days), time-lapse export, and the first-versus-latest comparison at each monthly check-in. $39.99 / year after a 7-day free trial, or $7.99 / month.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Chisel. Cancelling during the free trial means you are not charged.
I paid but the app still shows the free plan.
Open the app's Settings tab and tap Restore purchases. If that does not fix it, email us with the Apple receipt and we will sort it out.
Reminders are not arriving.
Check that notifications are allowed for Chisel in iOS Settings, then set the time again in the app's Settings tab. The evening photo reminder only fires if you have not taken that day's photo.
How do I delete everything?
Settings > Delete all my data removes every photo and record. Deleting the app does the same. Nothing is stored anywhere else.
